Beautiful hotel, however the rooms are not ultra clean, stained bath towels in the room….

Facilities: Not bad, everything you need is there Hygiene: Cleaned every day Environment: OK, very convenient Service: OK, I lost the money in my pocket I couldn't check in until 3pm, but at 3pm they said the room was not ready. After I protested, it was ready.

Breakfast is very rich!

Clean and the staff is nice

We had a junior suite with views of Mont Blanc, had a fridge, dining table & bathrobes. The hotel is close to the train station with tram and bus stop right outside. Travel is free around the city when you have checked in so I wouldn’t pay for train from the airport again. The lake is 5 mins walk away and you can get a free water taxi across the lake to the old town. Staff were very friendly. We paid for breakfast as it was NY but there are lots of places to eat / buy food the area.

staff was so nice and the room was the most spacious on our trip. Great bathroom.

The hotel is mirrored to an old Victorian house. It is located close to train which was a plus for my family. Would stay again.

Great location - try avoid the rooms facing the main road though - cars and HGV’s pass by all night. Nice hotel for our family as we passed through Geneva!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel staff at the reception was helpful and always ready to answer any questions! The room was really comfortable. Overall this 8 night stay at Royal was totally worth of every penny. The onky minus was the aircondition. It is loud and old.
