Can accommodate family of 4 and the view of the mountains is amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.

Great location..friendly service strong wifi and the bed is super good

The location is good, but the service and facilities are so-so, and the breakfast is terrible.

The hotel's location was okay, a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, the room felt old; many places were covered in dust, as if no one had stayed there for a long time. The lighting was also dim, making it uncomfortable. Luckily, I only stayed one night.

It is very convenient to stay in Geneva for one day and choose accommodation near the station. The room is large, but there is no view from the balcony, not even the street view, and the price/performance ratio is not high
