Quite disappointing the time I checked in my room, not because of the tiny size of room but also short of necessities like kettle cups, let alone of the amenities. Need to go down to get hot water two to three times everyday. The breakfast is too stingy, very few choices with terrible coffee like mud water.. unlikely will revisit again.

The location is easy to find, near metro and have a lot of restaurants and shops near. Staffs are ok except that we were nearly out, they knocked the door many times in the morning before the check-out time, and very noisy outside. Furniture is very old and not very in good quality, the mirror is even broken. Sound-proof is bad and the elevator is old and scaryyy. On the picture, it could be quite nice

It's my first time in Geneva. The location of this hotel is very convenient. I was given a free Geneva transportation ticket when I checked in. Although the hotel is old, the bathroom is new and the hygiene is good.

It is really a super ordinary hotel, just for the convenience of going to nearby places, otherwise I would definitely choose a hotel near the train station.

Very professional and very personable staff. The hotel is clean, well equipped and well located. The suites have a more pleasant view of the lake and have a terrace.

Good hotel, however quite small room and presence of two single beds instead of a double bed and insulation leaving something to be desired

The location of the hotel is not good, there are few restaurants around, and it is far from the station. There are very few choices for breakfast, but the attitude of the waiters is very good. The big bed room actually has two small beds together, which is uncomfortable. The bathroom is small and there is no shower.

The person at reception was not very friendly, explaining to him that we lived in Geneva, and he told us that I had to show them a paper showing that I paid my taxes in Geneva to be able to be exempt from the tourist tax having been in hotels in Geneva many many times I have never been made this kind of remark especially in a really contemptuous tone we will not return to this hotel again

This is the case for hotels in Switzerland, and the price starts from the floor! You love to come or not.

過來跑日內瓦馬拉松的，酒店的歷史估計比我還大，位置離起終點大概1.2公里左右，設施一般，都比較陳舊了，性價比非常一般。
