I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a great location with convenient access to amenities. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained – impeccable. It was excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay.

The staff was great. The hotel needs some touch up and updating. I loved the park behind for walking and mall across the street for groceries to Apple Store or anything you forgot. Needs a little TLC

Room was filthy, strong smell of urine in the toilet, thick dust everywhere, shower was dirty and mouldy. Bedding stunk of old sweat. Poor quality mattress and pillows had the worst sleep. Room was freezing small heated provided that was a fire risk. Had the most annoying locks on the room door which would start sounding loud alarms. Felt really understaffed.
