We spent 6 nights at the hotel. It was spotlessly clean - and the staff were very helpful. We booked a superior double - the photos online showed a sofa in the room - one of the reasons why we booked the room - very disappointed to be shown a small room - classed as superior as it had a balcony (well you could just about stand on it!). We were changed to the room we had booked the next day after complaining. Bed had a very soft mattress. Tea making facilities - only available if you ask for them - then its a few teabags and sugar. Great location, and surprisingly quiet at night.

No hot water for the last day and a half, reception cant do anything, management doesnt respond and doesnt care. Plenty of other hotels in the area where you can spend $ 500 for 3 nights and all have hot water

Interesting hotel located on third and fourth floors- so you need to go up in the vintage lift to find! Rooms crafted in a vintage architectural building on main shopping street. Continental breakfast a must. Service at hotel was great and friendly. Walking distance to Genoa Brignole station and other attractions. Good for a family.

Clean, decent-sized room with basic amenities needed for a short, solo visit to Genova. Check-in/check-out was easy. Good value. Recommended.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better! It is in the main street of Genova, XX Settembre. The main square De Ferrari is near. Also the railway station Brignole is nearby too. There are nice shops and good restaurants near. The service is excellent, breakfast was very nice, and rooms are very nice too. The receptionists were helpful and kind, and could speak English. The hotel is clean and air conditioned. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay in this well located hotel near the train station - essential for our travelling requirements. The hotel is in a lovely building in a lively location with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and resteraunts

Its a very decent hotel, however, we didnt have hot water the last day and a half of our stay and this is unacceptable. There are hundreds of other hotels we could have spent $500 for 3 nights on that all have hot water

Its a decent hotel, or rather a floor in a historical building converted to the hotel. The biggest issue we had was the absence of hot water the last 36 hours of our stay. When we talked to the reception about it we were told its a known issue that sometimes affects the whole hotel or the whole building and they hoped we could show understanding. REALLY? There are hundreds of other options to spend $500 for 3 nights in Geneva, all with hot water but you want me to show understanding?

It was very hard to find and the person answering the phone was not too helpful. They would not tell us how to get there. Then the parking was far and on foot. Not fun
