Bathroom light was not working, no boiler in the room for coffee or tea.

The hotel is very good! It's just a little far from the city! Free parking, very safe! Facilities: Very good! Hygiene: Not bad! Environment: OK! Service: So-so! Please be safe when traveling in the hotel location!

The hotel in general is very good, although far from the city center, very easy to get around****. And you find restaurants nearby. Very friendly.

After booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium. There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate. Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse. The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.

It's really a comfortable stay. This is my second time here. Next time, my family will stay here again. I like this hotel very much. It is very comfortable and suitable for traveling to Genova. There is parking space for your own car.

I can't say much since it was only for one note and we checked in very late, but all in all we say it was good

The 2 lifts were broken and to go in or out the rooms we had to use stirs with luggage

Check in was quick. Thought hotel is smoke free, but our room had a very heavy cigarette smell, but we didn't bother to complain as we went straight to bed after a tiring trip.

Picked as a stop off route on our way further south. I’d pick somewhere else next time. Handy spot for the port but not much else. The car park was tight and the electric charging point was iced by big SUVs. It felt unsafe in the local area. It is some distance away from the old town and nicer places to eat.

It was really noises due to tons of kids, there was stains on the towels and sheets. Aswell the location was very far from restaurants and a sketchy walk at night to get to anything in the city. I would never book this hotel again.
