Hotel la Superba

Unfortunately, I conform to the mass that has already reviewed this hotel, only regretting not having checked the reviews first, but having been tempted by the all-inclusive stay + several attractions proposal all with holiday bonuses, but directly on their website, where there are no reviews, but only images that date back more than a few decades ago. Anyway, I arrive at the hotel with a completely dusty room and mold on the walls, an empty mini-bar, a yellow patch on the bedspread and a toilet seat that remains in the hand when lifting it. I go down, I complain, I change room and .... IDEM ... same situation (yes, even the toilet seat "to take away"). I go down again somewhat altered, new room change, this time slightly better (dirt and mold aside), but with two single beds, therefore separated in the house !, and dangling lampshades. In the morning, I open the window and look out over a sort of landfill at the rear of the hotel ... we go down to breakfast, with a very sad buffet, and, thinking of changing hotels, we still decide to go and visit a couple of the attractions included and go away in the evening, instead of after the other two scheduled days. They promise us the complete cleaning of the room, and indeed we find that something had actually been done. So we decide to stay, as we were taking advantage of the holiday bonus that we didn't want to waste, but unfortunately it remains one of the worst hospitality experiences of my life. I am sorry for the staff, however kind, but I cannot recommend a holiday in these terms to anyone.

Maybe contrasted with most of the reviews but we were fine. Friendly staff, clean room with white bed linen and no bedspread. Ideal temperature and fairly new bathroom. Maybe the breakfast could be improved for the quantity but the mini croissants were very good. Discounted parking very close to the hotel and the location with respect to the historic center is excellent.

I never write reviews, but in this case I cannot refrain from trying not to make those who intend to stay in this structure run into the same mistake. We booked for a triple room, but the third bed was a camping cot with indescribable dirt. Even the sheets were stained and with hair. Bathroom with green mosaic broken in several parts, hair and dust all over. In the morning breakfast in the hotel lobby (logically cold) with day powder on the adjacent table. I have traveled a lot and I assure you that I have never encountered anything like this even in third world countries. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, if you can choose something else, it will ruin your stay.

L’hotel è veramente molto bello: pulito , camere accoglienti , bagno spazioso, colazione super! La posizione di giorno è davvero molto comoda per vositare l’acquario a piedi e come ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Geniva a piedi . La reception è gentilissima. Sono stata in un periodo non troppo affollato e non ho avuto problemi dinattese per il buffet. Non ha ristorante interno ma penso siancarinonpoter mangiare fuori. Tuttavia la sera purtroppo uscire a piedi da sola non ti fa sentire tranquillissima. Poco più avanti andando verso il centro alle 20.00 ho potuto attraversare due risse tra stranieri (una anche nei vicoli in centro in pieno pomeriggio) e per una decina di minuti a piedi io e la mia amica eravamo le uniche donne in mezzo a personaggi non proprio incoraggianti. Durante il giorno assolutamente tranquille. L'auto era custodita in un parcheggio convenzionato al di là dello stradone con Chiusura alle ore 24. Diciamo che cmq la consiglio come struttura, le pecche sono dovute al substrato sociale che invade le grandi città non certo all'hotel.
