This hotel is excellent close to 5 stars standard. I am actually surprised it's 4 stars. It has a perfect spot next Genova Brignole which gives you good travel options by trains and buses

family travelling , room stay don't have hot water boil , we went to hotel restaurant get it, the staff is unhappy giving the hot water.  this hotel some of staff are ******. if you going to do booking on this hotel , batter think twis . 

It's OK. There are many nice hotels in Genoa.

The hotel is close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room is clean and the key is very unique. The only drawback is that the hotel decoration is relatively old, like the decoration of the last century. If you take the train from Milan to Nice, it is recommended to stay in this hotel for one night.

Except there is no water in the room, everything is pretty good

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura in una camera all’11esimo piano. Insonorizzazione delle camere forse non il massimo. Dimensioni della Camera e del bagno molto buone. Colazione a buffet ricca e abbondante sia per chi ama il dolce che per chi ama il salato. Garage al coperto molto comodo e disponibile ad un costo aggiuntivo (sicuramente un servizio molto importante). Unica pecca i cuscini per dormire (almeno per chi soffre di cervicale come il sottoscritto). Sicuramente consigliamo questa struttura.

酒店最大的亮點就是停車非常方便，有自己的停車場，一天25歐。也有很多路邊的收費停車點。星期天可以免費停車至週一早八點。

老牌五星級房間設施悄悄有些老舊，但還是挺乾淨整潔的。早飯還可以。前台的預授權對中國遊客來講不是很習慣，明明已經攜程都全額付款過的，到了還要再刷等額的預授權不知道用意何在。不過離店後次月信用卡賬單但是沒計入，就是心裏老惦記着，有點煩。熱那亞還是挺有獨特風格的城市，聖喬治十字旗讓人有在英格蘭的錯覺，很好玩。
