I am not usually one to write a bad review however this hotel was easily the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Although the reception was nice, they were unorganised and confused with my booking. We had to use google translate as our main source of communication. We checked in around 9:30pm, and didn’t get into our room until about 10:20pm. When we got into our room, we were utterly disgusted. There were stains on the pillows and sheets, hairs on the sheets, DEAD BUGS on the sheets and a leaking toilet. This place looked like it had never been cleaned before- to think that the sheets provided to us would be okay for us to sleep in is mortifying. We decided to ask the reception to either clean or move our room as we could not sleep in those sheets. Whilst we moved rooms, the next room was only slightly better, with still stains on the sheets and an unclean bathroom. We decided to sleep on top of the sheets. The hotel is also located next to a Mosque (which i know is not in the hotels control), which will wake you up in very early morning hours. We were lucky that we were only staying for the one night and checking out early the next morning. We also cancelled our booking we had with them for another night after we finished our Mt Bromo tour. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am extremely disappointed and angry at how revolting the state of the room was.
