The biggest highlight is definitely the onsen. Very relax, especially with the cool weather in Genting Highlands.

This hotel has a problem. There's no parking in the building itself. If you need parking, it's an extra fifty a day. Free parking is available elsewhere. I'd suggest that anyone wanting to visit the hot springs should just stay at the building with free parking and then buy tickets to use the hot springs here.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

Loved it! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hot spring attendants and even the security guards, was incredibly polite and friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable, which was a huge plus. They even sent reminders for hot spring reservations, which was so thoughtful.
