Horizon Homes @ Genting Highlands

Overall, everything was good! The environment was nice, and the location was great and convenient. However, the check-in experience could be improved. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes because the homestay key could not be found. During that time, the PIC kept asking me to wait without providing a clear update. It was quite inconvenient, especially after arriving and being ready to check in. Other than the check-in issue, everything else was good. Hopefully, the check-in process can be better organised for future guests.

This place is beautiful, good for relationship and family trips, not really suitable for single people.

Very comfortable and well-equipped room with both a double bed and a sofa bed. The room also comes with a water filtration machine providing hot and cold water, as well as a small fridge. The towels and bathroom were clean and well maintained. But the best thing about the room is definitely the view — it’s worth a million dollars! 😍 One side overlooks the beautiful mountains, while the other side offers a stunning view of the valley. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning and evening. Overall, such a cosy and relaxing place to stay! There is a new hotel next to it. Only 5 min drive from the Themepark

Excellent service from all staffs, well done. Great scenery and amenities within walking distance. Plan to visit again in near future. Many thanks.

This is my second time chosen Horizon Home. Stay in Tower 2, Level 21, Room 221003, Sept 2026. Amenities inside room were bad in maintenance. 1) Kettle not good in condition. 2) Water dispenser head not in good condition 3) Remote aircon cannot adjust temperature 4) Ice spill from aircon (mid night) 5) Hair Dryer in toilet can’t be used. 5 issues mentioned above were handle by the staff in prompt action. Nevertheless, we have lost the sense of comfortably to stay on. Furthermore, there is bad odour smell inside toilet, spray for aroma has finished and not replenish a new one.

Satisfied with the room condition. However, it is a bit far from Sky Avenue. Need to drive or take shuttle.

I'll write in Malay Best. Bilik besar. Katil besar gila. Kedai makan banyak. Poolside air suam best. Dlm bilik ada pantry ada microwave, steamboat pot, cutlery plate semua ada. Semua best

Easy check in. Spacious, good for big families. We are 9 pax , fit in comfortably. There is KK Mart & mynews conveniently located at ground floor. The pool is at another building, we're too lazy to go. Overall we love the place

Found a hair on the bedsheet. Overall ok just need to improve the cleanliness. Recommend to stay due to its location took around 10mins to genting
