Wyndham Ion Majestic - Bentong

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for many years, and it has given me a new perspective on both Wyndham and Trip.com. Although the hotel itself is unrelated to the platform, I've always chosen Trip.com because of its value in handling reasonable feedback and its competitive edge. However, this experience truly disappointed me, though the platform's subsequent resolution was timely and satisfactory. As for the hotel, it was truly terrible, unbearable even. The floor on my level was slippery, the room smelled absolutely foul, and the bed was even slanted. I can't imagine these issues are unique to my experience, so why haven't others reported them? I will follow up on my review and hope no other fellow travelers have to suffer the same fate!

View is fantastic. Misty clouds, carpet-like fog, and strong winds, both day and night. The best!
