Antara Residence By Sleeping Lion

First time check in here and the view was awesome! The suite room is very comfortable, and many facilities & playground for kids. Below the room is mall, easy to find food, got mix store too. Walking distance from Antara Residence to genting casino is about 20-30 minutes depends on your fitness & age :)

Very nice apartment to stay in cos it is very new. Only improvements would be to clean the bathtub carefully as there’s some yellow stains, and you would need to wait a bit for the hotwater if you’re using it together. Other than that the service is really good, they have several nice facility like playground etc.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite (Tower C, Room 46-06). The location is excellent, and our children thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The link bridge also provided convenient access to the theme park. However, our experience was marred by several service lapses. The shower gel was not refilled, and despite booking for five guests, the hotel initially refused to provide a fifth bath towel, insisting their limit was four. It took three frustrating attempts before they finally delivered the extra towel.Furthermore, we had two highly inappropriate encounters with the housekeeping team. On Saturday, a staff member barged straight into our room without knocking, despite our checkout being scheduled for Sunday. When my husband confronted him and demanded his name, the employee refused to provide it. Then on Sunday, well before checkout time, we returned from breakfast to find two room service staff members loitering directly outside our door with their cleaning trolley. They remained there for an extended period, causing us significant discomfort, and only left after my husband opened the door to check on them.I hope management at Antara looks into the training and professionalism of their team so future guests do not leave with such an uncomfortable experience

Room cleaniness and reception service is great. But there are bad smells from the bathroom that came out from the paip, mouldy smell. And if can have a better hair dryer would be add on points.

Hotel reception said carpark charge a flat rate of rm5.30 when we provided our vehicle number for validation. However the carpark charged us rm10 upon exit. Hotel may need to restrict guest to dry up themselves after swimming before entering lift, as the lift floor is very wet which may cause danger to elderly.

The room was clean and they provided kitchen utensils, which was super convenient for making a simple breakfast or doing some light cooking. The weather was nice and cool, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable to stay.

The 24/7 service is amazing, facility & amenities are awesome but the bathroom’s cleanliness needs some improvements
