1001 Nights Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The hotel is relatively new which is good but there were several things that can be improved as listed below; 1: Wifi signals are week and we stayed 6D5N. In last day the wifi just shut off and there were no internet. 2: The floor would be good if it’s carpeted as place is cold, walking on tiles even with slipper is chilling to the spine. 3: Knowing that the hotel is quite a distance from SkyWorld, hotel should include hotel cost with free shuttle bus rather than need to book and pay 6myr for each booking. 4: The hotel reception seems to be empty most of the time at night. There are more reception staff at Ion Majestic. 5: The pool water seems murky. Not sure if too much chlorine is placed in the pool. And it seems only 1 pool is open as the other on is under construction. 6: Overall stay the hotel is good. The mentioned points if achieved would make the hotel a greater hotel.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel is lovely with excellent service, cozy rooms, breathtaking views, and top-notch facilities. Truly a memorable stay!

1001 Hotel Genting – Under the Same Umbrella as Wyndham 1001 Hotel is located next to the Wyndham Hotel in Genting, and both seem to be under the same management. They share the same parking area, which is quite narrow and limited, so parking can be a bit challenging during peak times. The room itself is big and spacious — definitely better than First World Hotel if you’re comparing comfort and space. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, something like fungus or that “new building” chemical smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The most disappointing part happened on the day we checked out. While taking a shower, the water suddenly turned extremely hot. I was stuck in the bathroom for almost 30 minutes waiting for it to cool down. It was really unsafe and frustrating. On a positive note, the check-out process was smooth and fast, and parking validation was simple and convenient. Overall, it’s a spacious hotel with potential, but maintenance and room quality need serious improvement before I’d consider coming back.

Room is new and plenty of parking available even it is holiday season. Early check in is not available although it was stated in the booking. Room was not ready even at 3pm. Water interruption in the next morning and the response was to the issue was slow. Hope management can further improve.

Stayed for 3 nights in twin room and had a great stay overall. Parking was free which is great, but you have to remember to validate your car on every exit. Rooms were big and spacious. Good quality TV, comfy beds. Good amenities in toilets but NO laundry service. Hotel amenities were excellent. Beautiful pool, late night bar and convenient store. Driving there at night with fog can be dangerous as there is little to no visibility and no street lights.

It is new hotel.. At balcony can see the cloud view , it is so nice.. Will come bk again..
