The breakfast was incredibly bad, and the room facilities were basic. The breakfast was absolutely terrible.

The trip was a last-minute decision, and many hotels were fully booked due to the holiday. Seeing the good reviews here, I booked immediately. The environment was nice, and the shopping center downstairs had everything you needed for eating and shopping. It was also only a 15-20 minute walk to the Genting Indoor Playground. Despite the chilly weather, the kids didn't complain at all. A very good stay.
