Resorts World Genting - Crockfords

Excellent services by the butler team, even during pre-arrival and throughout our stay. Responsive even during midnight to fulfil our requests. Exceptional cleanliness, excellent atmosphere and we had a great stay

The butler, Shasha, was very patient and kind. She helped us change from a twin room to a king room, (other staff) also help to retrieve our key when we left this in the room after check-out, and even arranged a temporary HDMI cable when ours had issues when connecting our switch to TV —such thoughtful service! The birthday decoration was also absolutely beautiful. This is definitely worth a try if you want a peaceful escape from the city. The service truly deserves its 5-star rating. The car Crockford provides to go Grand hotel includes the massage functionality in the middle seats of the car. Can you imagine? For breakfast, I’d suggest adding Greek yogurt. There are plenty of fresh fruits, and Greek yogurt would be a great pairing. The current farm yogurt is quite high in sugar. The seafood porridge is very good also.

We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation. 🏨 Accommodation Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. 👨💼 Service Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile. 📍 Location & Convenience Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, casinos, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. Breakfast was high-quality with plenty of variety, and service there was equally attentive.

Absolutely loved my stay at Crocksford. I checked in with my mother and what a great view from the room. You can’t go wrong with Crocksford. It is at the perfect location inside Skyworld Resorts Genting. The breakfast options were too good. Loved the cute teddy bears placed in the hotel and room. They also gave me their teddy bear to take home. Loved it. I just wish they had given us a room closer to the lift at the time of check in since it was alot of walk for my mom. But the staff was very friendly to accommodate us to a closer room the next day. Will definitely come back here. Thank you Crocksford.

Overall experience is good… superb sound proof as I’m a light sleeper… almost no waiting time for lift… breakfast not bad…

Service was excellent.many restaurants nearby and next to sky casino. Freeflow of drinks and snacks in the mini bar. Breakfast was good as well
