Really recommend for those who have own transport because their check-in counter was located at Windmill Upon Hills not Geo38. We have, 1 living room 1 kitchen 2 bedrooms 2 toiltes nice room nice view nice management

I don't recommend using this agency at all! Really troublesome check-in process. The booked unit is at Geo38 but had to go to Windmill for check-in. When asked, they simply said because no staff is there. No plan to ease their customer at all, even in the future. Before I came, I sent email twice but no reply and called several times yet no one picked up. Only during the check-in I was being told that the number is actually only for whatsapp. There's no remark whatsoever in the booking that stated so! Then once checked in, we encountered several other inconveniences. 1. Toilet has unpleasant smell. No air freshener whatsoever to at least overcome the smell. 2. Microwave doesn't heat up. Its functioning and all but no heat. 3. Aircond in small room can only be at 16°. Freaking cold! Had to change to fan mode instead. 4. The most nonsense of all, faulty of toilet's handle. How can anyone missed that?!!! Due to an alarming number of faulty, I contacted them to inform because I was so upset. Then they proceed to tell their staff to come AT NIGHT to fix the door handle without even asking me first. I already told them not to come at night cause it's already near to 10pm!!! And they came so we had to wait until they're done. Super bad experience and they did NOTHING to compensate this. Paid RM150+ for one night but not worth at all. Don't booked under Flash agency!! Go to other booking platform.

The entire environment is quite good, and location to Genting Highlands only 20 minutes. However , it was hardly to check in as the hotel name and the check in counter is not in same building and lack of check in details. The water bath sometimes hot and sometimes cold, but overall experience is good.

Much better than 7Stone…7Stone worst ever despite numerous complaints from my last visit on 5/8/25. I will never ever book under 7Stone for Geo38.

Horrible attitude and services! The checkin counter is at Windmills Apartments and not at Geeo38. A very long walk! I was caught in the rain! There wasn’t any pre notice that the checkin counter was at Windmills Apartments! The service staff on duty at the checkin counter was M.I.A! Didn’t respond to my calls and WhatsApp messages!

As usual the place i always choose when im stay at genting…easy for going everywhere like GPO ,them park etc…location also near by many shop like convenience store, cafe and petrol pump station 👍

The check-in process was frustrating and poorly managed. While the email mentioned the check-in location at Windmill and the stay location at Geo38, the information was not clearly highlighted. This caused confusion, leading me to queue for 20 minutes at the wrong counter (Maplehome at Geo38). Attempts to contact Flash Suites’ hotline went unanswered, adding to the inconvenience. Once I arrived at Windmill, I had to queue another 30 minutes due to the staff’s lack of experience in handling and explaining the check-in process. The unit itself had both pros and cons. It was clean and well-equipped with towels, showering tools, a water boiler, microwave, and cooking equipment. However, the unit lacked a balcony, limiting the enjoyment of the fresh weather outside. The toilet sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the parking arrangement was inconvenient, as the parking space was on the highest floor, requiring multiple rounds to reach it. Unfortunately, the unit also lacked a nice view. The provided TV box was functional, but most apps required subscriptions (like Netflix), so I could only use YouTube. On a positive note, the apartment was quiet at night, and amenities like the gym and swimming pool were available. However, scanning the access card to use the lift was difficult and needs improvement. Overall, while the unit’s cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, the disorganized check-in process, clogged sink, and other inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable. Improvements in communication and facilities would make a big difference.

Very good room but for first timer it is annoying because u have to take the key at different building. Take the key from windmill building then go to geo38 building.

The room was very nice, there was no room service, there was a problem with the wifi, the main problem was that there was no reception in this apartment, you have to go to another place and get the key to this room from there and after your booking is over you have to go to that other place and get your key back. This is a big problem. There was also a problem with the AC.
