So far so good ,acceptable ,location also ok .room more tidy will be more much better .check in process is quite slow .

Definitely worst stay experience… Will put negative instead of 1/5!! Especially the cleanliness and service. The pillowcase and bedsheet full of dust and stain even after changing new bedsheet. Disgusting and unacceptable! We requested to change again and receptionist said cleaner went home already and he can’t do anything. ?????? Can’t do anything when they provide a super worst hygiene room especially bed!??! The tables and chairs are also full of dust, can’t believe this is a room after cleaning service, it’s more like an abandoned room for a very long time… Receptionist also left us hanging aside to entertain other guests while we are in the middle of the issue. He only kept on repeating that he can’t do anything, we understand that he cannot leave his front desk but why is there no upper reporting line to resolve emergency issues? So we are expected to bare with the dusty sheets and sleep in piles of dust? We brought the pillow down and he even tried to wipe away the dust and saying it’s just stain not dirty. STAIN ? Is it supposed to be appearing in a hotel’s bedsheet? The dust couldn’t be wiped though. After arguing the receptionist only offer us an option to change the room, but he said he cannot guarantee the new room will be cleaner than the current one, what kind of service and attitude is this? So a hotel can’t even provide at least a clean room for the guests?

Book and stay if you do not mind: Brown colour pillow case and towels Small single beds Old and run down furnitures and facilities Homestays or service apts neighbours.

Very far check-in counter form hotel. It is not recommended for the elderly to stay here.

You must need to contact the hotel before coming because when I booked I chose the upper floors, but upon arrival they said they hadn't received a message from Trip.com. They gave me an alternative room with no good view.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

morning nice view, clean unit, easy to check in, got 24hrs shops around.

Lokasi strategik dekat dengan first world..cuma parking agak confusing utk first timer..breakfast dia ok2 je sbb maybe xramai yg ambik breakfast..
