Very lousy system, have kiosk, but broken, also need hybrid like half receptionist half kiosk check in. Some rooms are very far, not very friendly after a long distance drive. Request for house keeping? You HAVE TO WAIT 5hrs and remind them AGAIN.

Very nice view from the hotel. Excellent services and the most prefer restaurant was Chinese Restaurant at Level 1. We are very satisfied with every day house keeping in the room. Keep up your work 😍😍

We stayed at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel in a Two-Bedroom unit on 28 July, arriving and checking in around 6pm. We were shocked at the poor condition and cleanliness of the room. The toilet had a strong urine smell, there were visible fingerprints on the wardrobe glass, algae growth on the window, stained curtains, dirty and marked walls and doors, and a dusty, dirty floor. The pillowcases smelled as if they had not been changed, and the table top surface was in bad condition. The condition was so bad that after our dinner, we decided to check out around 9pm on the same day. For a property of this scale, this level of hygiene and maintenance is completely unacceptable. It is clear that the housekeeping standards and upkeep have been severely neglected. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected when booking here.

The hotel lobby is at another tower. The hotel is nice and spacious.

Great for short trip. Must be prepare to get shuttle bus or drive up to Genting resort. Need to validate your parking card each time you exit the parking to enjoy the free parking.

location was bad and we needed to pay for the shuttle bus to the hotel. Room was also very smelly and musty. we requested for a room change- still very bad smell.. layout of the building was confusing

I checked in on 28 November 2025 for 1 night. My main concern before booking was the shuttle service because the hotel is located quite far down from Skyworlds, the theme park, and all the shopping and entertainment areas. Before booking, I called the hotel reception to check about the shuttle, and they confirmed it was free both ways. We had stayed there before and the shuttle was free, so based on that confirmation, I proceeded to book through you. However, when we wanted to book the shuttle and rushed to the counter, we ended up missing it. Luckily, we didn’t get on the shuttle, or else we would have been shocked by the charges. I was not aware of the notice stating there is a RM7 fee per person. For 6 pax, that would have been RM84 for a return trip. In the end, we took a Grab instead—RM14 to go and RM22 to come back. Our room was located in another tower, check-in was in another tower, and parking was in yet another tower. It was confusing trying to find the room and parking even though there were signboards. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not worth RM70 per person for the selection provided. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I would not recommend it, and I will not be returning to Grand Ion Delemen on my next trip to Genting Highlands. The photos shown in your app are also outdated—those were from the hotel’s early days when everything still looked new.

Best place to stay while at genting, nice view and convenient shuttle bus service.. and also delicious bfast in the morning.. staff were friendly as well 🥰🫶🏻 will definitely come again
