SCAPES Hotel

This is my second visit to Genting Grand, and the staff's service attitude is still very good. The room maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Due to fewer guests, the breakfast restaurant switched to à la carte, which at least ensures hot food. However, some items like the fried eggs and noodles were still cold, which was a pity. Since we drove ourselves, it's more convenient for us. The location is a bit secluded, and the road was even harder to navigate than last time because there's construction on the outskirts, and a section of the road lights was very dim. Nevertheless, whenever I come to Genting, this is still my top hotel choice. The price is good, and it offers high value for money.

- The hotel smells really nice. - The staff are excellent 👍🏻 - Free parking (just need to register your license plate number). - Room is suitable for a small family (2 adults, 1 child). - There's a hot shower. - Lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap are provided. - There's a hairdryer, hangers, a mini-fridge, a safe for valuables, and an iron + ironing board. - Room service is very good. Downsides: - The hotel area is a bit tucked away, and there's construction going on around it. - The Wi-Fi is intermittent. - The TV is the same. Probably because it's connected to the Wi-Fi. However, since we went to Genting to play indoors, it was fine. We didn't really watch much TV. Overall, 8/10 ✅
