Windmill Premier Suites Genting Highlands

Worst place to stay ever! I have a baby and the room was so dirty there was cockroaches.! I approached the property and all they did was just say sorry!? Didn’t even offer to change the room neither refund!

Regret booking the smallest room, it was really small and tight. No bottled water or tv which is really a turn off. Location is fine though. Just ok for a quick layover.

Cleaned and the room is in a good condition of all we loved the stay

I stayed at this hotel after my refund request was rejected, and unfortunately, my experience was very poor. Upon arrival, the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and even after trying the plug point, there was no electricity to these devices. The kettle was rusty, which I photographed. The iron box and hairdryer were both non-functional. The bedsheets were stained. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service, including at the front desk, was unhelpful and dismissive. This entire stay left me feeling extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend it.

The hotel’s check-in service was extremely slow and frustrating. Need to improve it. Others seem to be averagely okay.

The unit has little moldy smell, floor is dusty, and some pillow case is yellowish. However, it is spacious and comfortable, and the view is great!

The room was very clean and tidy! The location is also very close to restuarants and have a nice view of genting highlands.
