Only location OK I stay at room 3106, pls change all the pillow very very smiley and all got black stain

The hotel is perfect for family gateway. The location near to GPO make of perfect spot for people who wanted to stay overnight after a day trip to genting. Pool facility was ok 41th floor and also restaurant on level 5.

A superb location, 20 minute driving to skyworld , 20 minute to bukit tinggi . A good facilities around , well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends.

Not bad quite spacious, toilet have some odour

Couldn’t find parking lots which only available L2. Long waiting for time for tge lift even though there are 6 lifts at tge lobby . Suggest have to check out at least an hour earlier . Bathroom’s basin choke . Slow water flow down from the pipe . Master’s bedroom aircon controller not working. Check in time acceptable. Good customer service by a Chinese male . Overall satisfactory stay .

Stay for one night with good friends. During our stay we feel cozy and relaxing ,very quiet at night time ,you will have the best time to have a gathering with friends or family members. We have very good memories here.

Positive: - Reasonable price - Walking distance to nearby eateries and shops - Small kitchen and fridge for simple cooking Negatives: - Long queue at the lift during check out, we took the stairs down from level 20 to level 6 - No kettle and drinking water in the room - No aircond in the room - No handheld shower

The stay and environment for the apartment is excellent , recommended to book this apartment although check in is different from the place we stayed, but is just nearby.

The stay location was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The lift access card was very insensitive, and we had to "gosok-gosok" it repeatedly just to get it to work — even the staff acknowledged this workaround. The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and the water heater didn’t work even after leaving it on for over 30 minutes, as instructed. How it affects if bringing kids or elderly. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the hanging bed lamp kept swinging and hitting the wall when the fan was on, creating an annoying noise. We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

Value for money

Nice and clean stay, have shampoo and towels at toilet, just need to bring toothpaste and toothbrush.
