The road to this hotel was a lil bit confusing as the hotel situated inside the compound with another 2 crowded chinese restaurants. Location wise, GPO just a stone throw away. For muslim, it’s quite hard to find place to eat nearby the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. There were mini fridge, aircond & TV provided. The room was spacious too. The cleanliness was top notch, somehow the toilet a little bit smelly. The trip to this hotel tarnished by the unwelcoming gesture from the receptionist. No guest should be treated with “annoyed” face upon check-in like we did something wrong when what we only did was just step into the hotel. The check in process was long too, we have never experienced this at another hotel.

The hotel service is not good. We wanted to cancel due to an urgent matter and requested a refund, but it was not granted. We had already submitted the required documents, yet we still couldn't get a refund. The processing time and the release of the results were also extremely slow.

We had to queue around 1 hour during check ins. Only 2 person at the front desk and they seems under pressure. But for the price and location, we're okay with that.
