Good service, was able to help us change to a room with better view, location wise is ok, unfortunately no free parking, place is clean but there was leftover food in the microwave they forgotten to clean from the last custome

It was a good location, and the room had a beautiful view. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The price was worthy for the stay, the room size isn’t big but the amenities are well equipped and cozy to stay in. Buffet breakfast prepared was very local oriented and the whole experience of the stay is enjoyable. Car park was available in the basement but requires payment, but the overnight parking fee is only RM11

A bit noisy cuz close the road but overall okay very comfortable

When we found the toilet sink got problem, the staff immediately change a new room for us to settle the problem. Their action very fast and make us feel good on their services provided

The room is spacious. But the toilet have that kind of smell that you know its not properly cleaned. There are even doodle marks on the mirrors. I usually sleep on 22c and yesterday 18c still feels average cold. Probably need maintainance. The breakfast selections was ok given the price is cheap. But as i was about to take the food suddenly a wasp fell off on the toaster oven before it flew on the wall next to it. Told the staff yet they didnt do anything about it. Anyone cound get bitten giving that the dining room wasnt that big. I give it 6/10 for the stay.

No parking space provided for the hotel guest. The guest needs to pay RM11 overnight if park at the basement. However, the parking space limited and needs to parking at the roadside in front of the hotel. The bathroom is bit smelly. However, the room is spacious for family room category.

Very affordable pricing for families that are looking for good value and budget stay near Genting Highlands.
