"Booked a one night stay for my parents, though hotel is in Genting, unfortunately the aircons were not functioning well for their rooms. Without proper functioning airconditioning, the air in the room can be a little stale. Despite having changed rooms, they faced the same air conditioning issue. The hotel need maintenance, staff were helpful when called for help
However, I would like to commend their CS staff. Very efficient and responsive, I booked wrong check in date via third party website, they helped me resolve under an hour"

"The service is efficient and friendly staff, breakfast choice can be better, taste of food is rather bland and the morning team is lack of enthusiasm in serving the customers. Concierge team were helpful but don't seem to know how to arrange the bags well in the car needed help from another senior colleague. Overall the customer service needs attention to be a better hotel as the hotel has been renovated and looks good outside."

"Everything looks ok, except the Parking location is far & parking card to be validated at the Hotel lobby, which is not convenient. From room to Sky garden & take another lif from another tower block to the Lobby to get the card validated with free parking, & then hv to take the lif go back to Sky Gdn, & then take another lif in another Tower block, just to be able to get to my car. After validated card, we hv to be out from the parking location within 15 mins. Experienced while taking lif from lobby, sometimes it might takes 5 mins waiting for the lif, so it makes us a bit of nervous & hv to very hurried try to get the car the soonest the possible 🤦♂️"

"1. First of all, if you can take a shuttle bus, you can order a shuttle bus with the housekeeper first. Because it is difficult to tell where to go by taxi. The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person.
2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past.
3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash.
4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside."

AAmy Khoo Bee HongOverall experience is good but they could do better on their housekeeping and bedding accessories.
Asked for housekeeping for our room, complememtary desert wasn’t change or take away upon request. (not sure if then workers understand english, written 2 times note to clear away and nothing was done). Floor wasn’t vacummed properly as well.
Pillows are too soft or too down for someone like us used to sleep on firm pillows. If possible try to provide some firm pillows for customer. We didnt sleep well in the nights that we stay.
Overall, services provided from the front desk to the bellhope were very good. Good enviroment to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and relax place to enjoy your holidays.

AAliceLamHotel opened for 4 years already but still looks nicely maintained and clean. Price is good for a 1 night stay. Receptionist is friendly.
Toilet provides body wash and hair conditioner soap. Toothbrush, hairdryer towels are clean. Water pressure is high and have quick water heater.
However, bedding was not so comfortable. Location was not that convenient compare to other places, the road toward this place was not well lit with streetlight and you have to drive through construction area.
Aside from the location and bedding, everything was good.

CCoughfeeStayed here few years back in the first building but this time was assigned with the second building. You will need to walk a lot if you are placed at the second wing or building. Amenities wise its quite basic with all the required items. You have nice room with 2D drawing decorated furniture and a fan obviously since you dont need air conditioner. Check in process is considered fast with the kiosk but you will need the receptionist assistance for first timer. They are quite responsive to your request as well such as requesting for iron and ironing board. However, their vending machine is not really working sometimes and it can be frustating to walk all the way down to the main building just because you need to buy a plain water.
Last but not least booking through Genting Apps could be cheaper as they always has sales compared to Trip.com or other web. It depends on your membership or timing as well. Overall, its a good transit for one day.

AAnonymous UserGood stay. Near to Muslim restaurant, convenient store, etc. 20-30mins to get to top of Genting. Have to checkin at Maple then head to designated parking lot at the back. Room is easily accessible directly from parking, no need to change lift. Clean and complete facilities. It is like a 2 bedroom house with kitchen, microwave, fridge. Pool is big but its freezing cold. There is playground for kids. We book room with 3 breakfast and it was handwritten on our breakfast voucher. Unfortunately the cafe’s manager said it is designed for 2 pax breakfast only but he half heartedly allow us for 3 pax breakfast since it was written for 3 on the voucher. Menu not variety, only have nasi lemak, fried maggi, sausage, nugget and vege popia. But it is okay for quick breakfast. Nasi lemak and sambal is delicious.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Genting First World Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, shops, and restaurants within the Genting Highlands area. The hotel lobby is spacious and check-in was smooth, especially with the self-service kiosks. The room was compact but clean and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The view from the window was amazing, especially with the surrounding mist and mountains. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was very convenient and enjoyable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Vvichell laiGood location with just few KM away from sky avenues. The rooms are spacious and hotel staffs are friendly and nice. One comment is about The unpleasant odor once we entered into the room and toilet which we suspected it was caused by drainage pipes. I urge the hotel ok into this as many others also commented the same. Other than that, all others are excellent.
