Hidden expense My email stated I’d pay 81.00 upon arrival at the hotel but I had to pay 118.00 or couldn’t check in. Although it’s not a huge difference, I want my 37.00 refunded to me. The hotel was nice but very dated. The furniture needs serious updating, also, there were no clear channels on the television. All were very fuzzy.

What a wonderful place to hangout for 4 nights while my son recovered from a double ear infection before we could fly home. The mini villas were cool and comfortable. The pool and breach area are quaint and the water is exceptional. It was nice to have the restaurant Splash onsite but I could also make mini meals in our villa. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is on our list to return on another trip to Exuma.

We had our own private cabin. Staff was very good. Shuttle service into town was great. Water taxi to beaches was so convenient.

The property's beachfront location is excellent, and the units are spacious. Mine had a stunning water view. However, they don't make your room, unless you ask for it, and at the time I came back to the hotel was too late to ask for it. The outdoor area is pleasant but requires some maintenance. Parking is ample across the street. The front desk staff, particularly Rita, were very friendly. The on-site restaurant is a convenient amenity, although the service was slow and prices were steep. Despite some issues, I'd still consider returning to the hotel.
