We stayed for only one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Rooms were very nice and updated. Loved the boat ride to the beach bar. Restaurant was delicious and easy to walk to nearby shops. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

I cannot warn you enough to NOT stay at this property. On July 4, 2025, they mistakenly charged me $2,202.44. I called them, and they admitted their mistake. They told me I would get a refund on my card in 10 - 14 days. It is now Sept 11, 2025 and counting, and I still do not have my money back. I have called several times, and ******* has also tried to help by calling them several times. Each time, they admit their mistake, promise they will be issuing a refund that day, and I will of course receive it in another 10 to 14 days. We have been told that 4 times now, and nothing has been done. I strongly advise you to choose another hotel. This one has zero integrity and zero urgency to help someone recover over $2,000 that they admit they mistakenly charged me. I know I will never return to this property.

This property looks much better online versus in person. A few staff members were rude. Beach club is only open 11-5 so you can't go to the beach early. Food just okay. Parking spaces not always available.
