I had a great stay at this hotel and felt it offered outstanding value for money. The loft-style room was unique, spacious and one of the highlights of my stay, with a nice city view overlooking the surrounding buildings and streets. I especially liked the loft area, which doubled as a cozy workspace.
Cleanliness was excellent throughout the room. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels/bathrobe and quality toiletries provided. The bed was comfortable, and the linens and pillows were fresh and clean. Wi-Fi was reliable, and all the room facilities—including the air conditioning, hot water, and water pressure—worked perfectly.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby within walking distance, along with shopping malls. Most of the street attractions is just a short stroll away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing.
What really completed the experience was the excellent service. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the reception team handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. From the day i arrived at the hotel doorsteps greeted by the door man, to an excellent room service and housekeeping, and most of all the front desk service which deserve special recognition.
I would happily to come back for staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang
