I like this place. The capsule room is more private. Cheap and worth it. The hotel is relaxing. Near Chowrasta & eateries. I just walk to find foods. awesome

We booked a triple room for a private bathroom even though we’re just a couple. The room is big but the bathroom is a letdown. It’s a makeshift one that is built at the corner of the room with flimsy basin and its difficult to shower and maneuver when using the toilet at its very small.  Not advisable for tall person too. As it’s a makeshift, the water ran out from the corners so its soaking wet at the entrance of the bathroom. It’s not senior friendly if you are assigned a room at the 2nd level as the stairs are made of steel which becomes slippery when wet.

The hostel room with a private toilet was clean and the location was strategic. However, the soundproofing was poor, and the room next door could be noisy at times.

The staff was super nice and recommended local restaurants. The location is good, right just to the famous cendol.

Location superb. I complained about aircon non functioning and it was troubleshooted immediately and fixed within 2 hours. Hotel old but well maintained.

Good place to stay for f2-3 nights ...location is brilliant ...no kitchen , no place to properly sitdown , toilets downstairs , for those who are sleeping up is a problem to walking down to showers and toilet

A nice capsule bed. i had a quiet night and very pleasant stay here for the 3D2N. The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. See the photo taken during that time below. First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made my stay feel even more welcoming and personal. As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient. Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe. Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that I truly enjoyed and would happily recommend. Overall, the experience at the hotel was really fun, there are many good features about it, such as the location, and the facilities. And the price is affordable too. Thanks for a wonderful time. Housekeeping change towel every day. Is a Great location, lots of restaurants, great staff, the bathroom is downstairs but it's OK. I would definitely recommend it Basic but all you need for a short stay! Great wifi and aircon, and such a convenient location.
