Moon Hotel

Electric bidet toilet seat, triple room is good, not spacious but good enough. Nearby is the Danok cafe good Hokkien mee. Got parking.

This was my second stayed in this hotel. The first stayed is decent However this time was very bad. The services of the workers is very unprofessional. We had request to extend the check out time when we check in and already agreed to pay for the extra charges. However on the day we check out not even reaching the normal check out tine their staff already coming chasing us to check out. We had inform we had agreed to paid for the extra charges during we check in but they still coming disturbing our stay for more than 2 times. The hotel also under minor renovation which I believe they should inform us before we check in. Again this is something annoying for the heavy tools sound. Lastly the room we stayed the aircond was not cold at all.

Although the hotel is new, the room is quite cramped. My 20-inch luggage doesn’t fit on the floor, so I had to unpack it on the bed. Upon entering, I noticed a foul odor, and most disturbingly, the bedding reeked of strong body odor. This is really disappointing.

Everything is good…location convenient 👍🏻
