Armenian Street Heritage Hotel

Great location in the heart of George Town, with many attractions and eateries within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a good value for money if you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Penang.

The location is very convenient and room is spacious and clean. Although i have to physically request towels twice abd after day 1, water is no longer provided.

We checked in around 2 PM and were welcomed by super helpful and friendly counter staff. The check-in process was smooth, easy, and fast. We stayed in the family room which comfortably accommodated 5 adults, and all the basic amenities provided were sufficient for our stay. The WiFi was not the strongest, but still acceptable. The facilities were great. Even though the building is old, it is well maintained and has a charming heritage feel. It was very convenient to have a convenience store, gift shop, reflexology service, and beca service within the hotel area. There is also a Korean restaurant right next to the hotel. The location is very strategic, with walking distance access to the historical attractions around George Town. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant on Level 7, which costs around RM28 per person. The food was enjoyable overall. One point for improvement would be the salad, as the vegetables did not seem fresh during our visit. It would also be great if they could add one more type of fruit selection. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, staffs so helpfull. The hotel is walkable distance to many attraction places.

Very strategically located at the junction of main streets in Georgetown Penang. Everything is walkable. But does not have many amenities like swimming pool or atleast a Jacuzzi . they do have a nice rooftop place but when we visited it was under maintenance. as its in a old building even though the rooms are clean & big , old building smell & furniture problems are seen. But it is seen that they are trying to maintain the hygiene & cleanliness at it best. can be considered if you want to explore outside more & come to the hotel only to rest. If you want to enjoy hotel amenities & chill at a hotel , this is not the place.

The best location in Georgetown, close to street food and Armenian Street. Room is clean and air con is good.

Great for a short stay with my dad. Do visit Nomad, my fav cocktail bar in Penang that just moved to near the hotel, only 3 mins walk!!!

Best hotel, best location, best service but breakfast menu is normal.
