Overall good experience. Just that there’s a huge spider web at the upper corner of the room. Otherwise everything else is perfect

The hotel with great location. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful by name Fauzana. Easy to get food n drink by working distance.

Great location with many eateries nearby.
Only drawback I found is that the aircond is not efficient, very slow to cold up the room.

Great location. Parking good and free. The make up room is only on alternate days hence they are quite persistent in making up your room. Lol!

Hotel with a strategic location. My go to hotel every time I visit Penang. Complimentary parking is their biggest perk!! Walking distance to famous hawker food.
