This is the first time staying in this hotel. Location wise, is quite convenient. Near to Komtar bus station, near to Gama mall (with a food court on the 7th floor). Hotel is quite old. Lobby area is not bad, but the room is quite dim. Lighting was not enough. Bathroom is quite small, flooring is not very clean. However, the shower pressure is very strong. There are better and newer hotels nearby, however they are more expensive. If your expectations is not high, this hotel can be considered. The hotel doesn't provide water bottles, but there's a water dispenser along the corridor, same for ironing.

The room and location are great, and the air conditioning is nice and cold. The triple room is also very spacious. However, the bathroom door doesn't close properly, and there's only a bath towel. The shower area only has a half-glass partition, so the entire bathroom gets wet after showering. Also, the soundproofing is absolutely terrible!!!! Seriously bad! It's not the outside traffic that's noisy, but the guests in the adjacent room and upstairs!!! I was startled awake several times!!

I went with my friend and we had the best time. The room is clean. We used the gym and the pool as well. Loved the breakfast too. Just a walking distance to places we wanted to ho such as 1st avenue and cafes. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet especially the guy named Theva if i am not mistaken. We will definitely come back.

The hotel's location is excellent, clean and tidy, and all attractions are within walking distance. The staff are friendly and kind. However, the lighting in the room is very dim and scarce, making it quite dark at night and hard to see anything. The lighting really needs improvement.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax after a long day. The hotel facilities were also good, especially the swimming pool area which was enjoyable for the family. The facilities were clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided good service throughout our stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants and other places in Penang. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was well organised, comfortable and worth the money. Definitely a recommended hotel for families, couples or anyone visiting Penang. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!
