my first stay on this hotel. the bed and pillow are very firm and good. the 24 gym very decent for a workout. near to mall. staff are amazing too. will, be back again. good value for money.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, and the complimentary minibar drinks were a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially in arranging an early check-in so my elderly parents could rest, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the hotel lobby was very crowded on our check-in day, making the entrance difficult to access. Hopefully, the hotel can manage the crowd better in the future to ensure smoother access for guests.

Best Location . Left side of the hotel with walking distance 3 mins is gurney paragon. At the back of the hotel is gurney plaza. They provide free buggy service to-from.

We stayed here for one night after it was recommended by a friend. As this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, we were very disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheet of our king bed. When we reported it to reception, the first response was, "Do you want to change your room?" There was no apology, which was surprising. After speaking with the manager, who confirmed that the bedding is supposedly changed after every guest, we were upgraded to another room. While the upgrade was appreciated, the lack of a sincere apology left a poor impression. The breakfast was also the worst we've had at a hotel. Considering it comes at an additional cost, I would recommend skipping it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Cleanliness is below expectations. There was no one cleaning up the room till 3pm. We have to request for room cleaning. The towels are not clean with stains and the toilet sliding door is dirty with some stuffs. Obviously it was not being wiped.

We always stay in this hotel or the next one every time we visit Penang. As usual, beautiful and nice and clean room. We got a cake for our anniversary. Breakfast is good and not crowded like the other hotel. Best location next to 2 shopping malls. We went for seafood buffet in the other sister hotel and at senior citizen price. Fantastic offer. Will definitely be back. We requested for late checkout because don't want to go too early to airport. They gave us 2 more hours which was fantastic.

We stayed here for a short weekend getaway, and from check-in to check-out, the service was truly outstanding.

My go-to hotel in Penang. Excellent all around except for the buffet breakfast. Welcome treat of ice-cream is nice.

Unexpectedly good! The room was quite new, and while the facilities weren't luxurious, they were perfectly adequate. The location was also very convenient, situated between two shopping malls, and thankfully, it wasn't noisy like the main city area with its loud loudspeakers. We were greeted with welcome ice cream upon check-in, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also quite plentiful.

Location is great. On my bday, surprisingly they send a birthday cake. So i hv a small celebration in the room with my daughter.  They also let us do late check out, because i need to see doctor in morning and my flight is at night. Its very2 helpfull
