Fast check in process by Mr Saran. Easy parking access (no need to take any parking ticket. Receptionist will register your car plate number and you can enter and out from parking lot how many time you want). Requested birthday decorations and im so happy when i saw the decoration. It was so amazing! And we get small cake too! Thanks St Giles Wembley Penang for this hospitality!
Booked Premier King room. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort room. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable just the pillow is a bit hard for me. Nice view from the room. Quiet room.
Breakfast 9/10. Many varieties of food. Delicious! Especially the taufufa. I repeat 3 times 😊.
Gym is pretty nice and had adequate equipment. Pool view is Komtar 💜 Great location. Walking distance to 1st Avenue Mall, and most places.
Hope this hotel will maintain the services, and cleanliness for long time. Will certainly return to St Giles Wembley Hotel on my next visit to Penang.

Received good service from the hotel. Was there for a birthday celebration and the room was prepared for the occasion. We were also given a cake for birthday. The hotel was also conveniently located near the shopping mall. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the stay.

The service was impeccable, from the front desk to the bell staff, housekeeping, and F&B team. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic as it’s near to all the areas I want to visit. The view from my room is gorgeous. However the toilet is small and there’s a constant karaoke singing audible in my room every night till way past midnight which is extremely irritating.

The hotel is located just opposite Komtar and is very close to a lot of eateries, restaurants and coffee shops. The room is very clean and bathroom toiletries are quite complete, as well as iron n ironing board, hair dryer. All the staff are very friendly n helpful n always greets with a smile. Buffet breakfast spread is very nice too. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay there again during for our next visit.

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are good. Overall, it’s a pleasant and comfortable stay that covers all the essentials perfectly.

Hotel location very convenient. Walking distance to Cecil market, Kimberly street, chulia street.
It will be good if the in-house TV is smart TV so that we can enjoy watching you tube or Netflix program
Hotel provide drinks and popcorn snacks at the lobby

One of those hotels that provide types of pillows that suit your needs. I am amazed that have a good selection types of pillows as I have neck issue.
Location of hotel smack right in the centre of Georgetown with ample selection of dining eateries and interest.
