The room is clean, we always stay here when we go to penang, the service was good.

The hotel facilities are clean and bright, and the hygiene is excellent. Overall, it's a good place. You need to pay a few hundred Malaysian Ringgit as a deposit upon check-in, but if you don't have it, other currencies are also accepted!

A clean, comfortable room. Spacious bathroom equipped with hairdryer and toiletries. Security guards were friendly and helpful. 7-11 convenient store and pharmacy just next to the hotel. Strategic location along Macalister Road, which accessible to Northam Beach, New Lane, Komtar and First Avenue Mall. Plus point is famous, delicious chicken rice shop besides the hotel. Highly recommended for travellers to Georgetown.

This hotel is very easy for me go to hospital Loh Guan Lye to follow up my health treatment 👍and the breakfast is good 👍one thing bad is my room in 2nd floor is too much noise for me to rest😮💨😮💨 The 1st floor room is suitable for me like the photo i upload 🙏

when check in staff is unfriendly, need to wait too long but no people that time…….and so slow working …..bad attitude…..

Overall experience was average.Room was clean,didn't take breakfast,so don't know about breakfast.But overall it can considered average.

Everything is good....but since this hotel location is good its high demand so if you plan to stay quite long, just booking the room as you planning otherwise you can't get you room again.

They can give face towel. Hand wash soap and one tissue box to improve the service. The receptionist and staff are highly helpful.

Location, location, location.. Just across Loh Guan Ye Hospital, they got 7-11 and Wellings (one of the cheapest place to buy most of your medical supplies) at the left side of the hotel, at the right side? chicken and pork rice restaurant that should be in Michelin Guide because its damn good. A must try for breakfast in the morning. As Penang is not big this place is still max 30 minutes from all major hospitals in Penang. You walk a bit, you find Macalister Rd. One of the most famous road to eat.. Eat.. And eat.. Lots of great hawker stall and resto. Okay now the room. Room is big by any standard. Service is okay, a bit dated but well maintained. TV is new as it is a Google TV, wifi is intermittent unfortunately.. But aircon is Daikin so you're sure its damn cold.. All in all one of the best place to stay in Penang

If you visit penang for medical purpose this is the place. The location is right accross the Loh Guan Lye Hospital. And a lot of food places. Room is very spacious. I booked standard and executive room. It’s kinda looks old building but well maintained and clean
