The order page showed that the room had a coffee machine, but there wasn't one. The air conditioner kept dripping water, the shower head holder was broken so I had to hold the showerhead while bathing, and the electric kettle leaked profusely. There was no hairdryer, and they didn't even provide shampoo or tissues. This is outrageous! It's my first time encountering a hotel like this, and there were small cockroaches everywhere 🪳.

Not great. The toilet was broken. The front desk tried to charge me a 30 MYR deposit and a 20 MYR tax, even though I had already paid the tax when booking on the platform. When I showed them the booking confirmation, they insisted that the 'tourism tax' and 'cultural industry management tax' were different and refused to acknowledge it. Their attitude was very poor, and it was difficult to communicate, as they didn't speak much English. Also, early check-in wasn't possible. The location on India Street is extremely noisy. One night, it was 10 PM and the people downstairs were still making a lot of noise, so I couldn't get any sleep.

Terrible experience. Absolutely not recommended. The room was full of insects, swarming with mosquitoes and spiders, and we even found some cockroaches. The bathroom was awful and that's where most of the bugs were. We had water cuts for two days, making it very difficult to shower or use the toilet. They only provided one downstairs for the entire hotel, which wasn't even a proper toilet but an outhouse. You can't pay the deposit or taxes by card. From our perspective, we would never recommend it.

Filled out well, got a good room. Facilities: 👌🏻 Cleanliness: Good Environment: My daughter and I also enjoyed it. Service: The gacha record was good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
