The hotel was very quiet, though that might be because I was the only one on that floor that day. The common area is a great idea. The facilities are a bit old, especially the water heater. The shower head needs replacing, and the water heater's design is just bizarre. I'd suggest putting instructions in the room, as foreign guests would be completely lost without them. Luckily, I experimented a few times and eventually figured it out. The surrounding amenities are excellent, with a laundromat right next door. The hotel is located in the western part of George Town, and the best thing about this area is the abundance of fruit stalls. For those wanting durian, you can get boxed ones after 7 or 8 PM for only 18 ringgit a box.

The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in. There was an additional 2 MYR charge. The location is quite good, with plenty of food options nearby. The single room isn't huge, but it's acceptable. Having a water dispenser to refill bottles is very convenient. The photos make it look newer than it is; it's a bit older in person, but overall still clean. For the price, it's a good deal.

Great location .. can walk to many food courts n restaurants. Only 1.5km walk to Komtar . Massage is also aplenty nearby . Room is spacious n aircon is quiet .

The room felt a bit smaller than a king room, and the air conditioning in my room seemed quite old and made a lot of noise. The location is good, very convenient for all the main attractions in the old town. Overall, I recommend it.

Absolutely terrible. The facilities are run-down, and there's no service at all. It was a really awful experience. The bathroom was leaking, the Wi-Fi didn't work, it wasn't clean, and it was noisy. Just horrible.

The location is excellent, right across from a really good restaurant, and it's not noisy at all. The room is also quite spacious, offering the best value for money compared to similar options. You have to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was decent, so I extended my stay for another two days.

The place stated in the middle of busy road. Although the parking is limited, the room can be request for late check-out. Since it's public holiday, the traffic is congested. I enjoyed my trip and will come again.

One of the best location in Georgetown and the heritage area can be reached by walking decent. Doesn’t need much driving unless wanna visit other places.

The accommodation is clean, close to restaurants, and convenient for travel, but the room is not soundproof.

The room was clean but not very big, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The public ironing area on level 1 was clean and convenient. There's a pantry with hot water and free coffee. However, parking directly in front of the hotel only fits 1 or 2 cars. Otherwise, you'll have to park by the shops in the designated yellow boxes.

Ideal location for food and attraction. Easy access, staff service excellent. Friendly, attentive, helpful.
