the room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Environment and design comfortable to stay.

At first, no one answered the phone when I checked in. Later, the staff helped to explain and help with luggage 🧳. Overall, they were very responsible.
