Relatively good place for cheap charly backpakers...however overpriced for the offered amenities. Fotos on booking do not tell the truth of the real place. Two common toilets and one shower for the entire house, depressing entrance, steep staircase..A total delusion.

I arrived at night and left early in the morning, so I didn't know the situation of the cafe. This hotel should be converted from an old Chinese residence. Those who want to experience it can try to stay for one night. I stayed in room 6. The floor of the room was very clean, and it can be said that there was no dust. The facilities were just a little old, but it was very tidy and there was no discomfort. When I came, the store owner asked me if I was from Japan? I said no, I'm Chinese, and then I saw his eyes paused for a moment, I didn't know what it meant at the time, and later I saw a Japanese kimono doll hanging in the room, I think it was because of this. I was not angry about this, I just sighed at the store owner's attentiveness. The hotel also provides drinks and meals, but they are in the public area, which is not a good thing for people like me who like to be alone, but now that things have come to this, maybe I can change myself and enjoy the process of interacting with people. When I checked in, the store owner also carefully introduced everything about the hotel to me, but my English is not very good, so there are many things I don't understand, I can only judge from his body movements. The store owner is very enthusiastic, but I am a little afraid of this kind of enthusiasm shown by the other party when interacting with people. Although this enthusiasm is very innocent and has not crossed the line, it is just dedicated to serving his guests and introducing his small shop, but if the store owner ignores me and only arranges what should be arranged, I will feel more at ease. In general, if I give this hotel a full score of 10, the owner's hospitality and attentiveness would get 6.5 points, and the remaining 2 points are due to my filter for old Nanyang dwellings, because I spent my childhood with my biological mother in such a house, and a few points are for friendship.

Although this hotel is relatively old, it is still acceptable for a short stay of two days, and the service staff are quite enthusiastic.

The owner is very enthusiastic and will actively communicate with you. It is best to have a certain level of English to communicate, otherwise it will be awkward. The atmosphere of this homestay is very family-like. Various items including drinks and snacks, toilets and bathrooms are shared, but you will not encounter crowded toilets and showers. There are also cats, which are very friendly. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no comfortable quilt, only blankets, and the room assigned has no windows.

The staff in the store are very friendly and can ask for help if you need anything. The environment is relatively clean. The disadvantage is that the water column for bathing is weak. The public space of the hotel provides a variety of self-service, which is very suitable for long-term travel.

忘拍旅店內的環境了，但基本就和首頁的環境圖一樣，以下是正式評價： 1. 推薦推薦推薦！完全就是物美價廉！兩位老闆和兩衹貓貓都超好！晚上睡得很舒適，零食和早飯也好吃😋 2. 旅店位置挺好的，附近到處都是吃的。拐彎就有一個本地超市，樓下有個小診所（一開始找錯位置進這了），距離 100 +米左右還有家“餘生仁” 3. 喜歡社交的千萬不要放過這個 Ricky / Amit /…（老闆給自己起了好幾個名字），有機會還能在拐角的印度餐廳碰到他，點炒麪他會親自給你炒，很好吃👍 最後説一下可能會需要“避雷”的點： 1. 首先這裡是小印度，當然到處都是印度人，不過在這裏可以大膽嘗試印度美食（本脆弱腸胃胡吃海塞的也完美下車了） 2. 一定看清楚是沒有獨立衞浴，所以洗澡上廁所最好趁早，偶爾可能要排隊等一下，因為每天住的人都不少 3. 在室內不穿鞋哦，實在不想光腳可以穿襪子

Loved loved LOVED this place. Felt right at home the minute Amit welcomed us and showed us to our room. We’re a family of 4 and the kids were made to feel really welcome. Our room was amazing, great Aircon, super wifi and our own private balcony which basically gave us an en-suite lounge area. Howie and the home stay WhatsApp group was brilliant for recommendations and sharing ideas; and the location was perfect - within walking distance of everywhere. We’re only sorry we couldn’t stay longer than our 4 nights. Thanks for everything Howie! Your place and Georgetown were a Malaysian highlight for us!!
