compared to the previous hotel name ####, NIO is better in terms of providing essential items in the room, a fresher and more organized atmosphere, with very helpful and friendly staff 🥰🥰

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and received excellent service. Housekeeping staff changed the sheets and towels for me every day. Convenient transportation near the city If I have a chance, I will go back to rest again ♥️😊🇲🇾

For a budget hotel, Nio Hotel offers excellent value. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its strategic location in the heart of Penang makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local food. A convenient and affordable choice for both short stays and business trips. I would gladly stay here again.

The check in experience was smooth and simple, the room was clean and basic amenities was complete, would prefer to return in coming future booking.

Quite comfortable. Close to everywhere. Next to the hotel is a very large food court with delicious food. You can fill up your drinking water in the lobby. The AC is cold. The room and bathroom are clean. The only drawback is that there are no glasses, a hot water kettle, or a refrigerator. But I enjoyed staying there. Thank you for the good service during my stay.

I guess this is the smallest hotel i ever stay based on superior type.. Didnt check no tv.. Hotel just okay but iys too small..luggage cant even open at floor.. My 1st and last..
