Good location, just next to Komtar Tower. Staff provided attentive services. A wide variety of delicious food were supplied in buffet breakfast.

The hotel location is superb and room is what I expected. Room with unblock view! Aircon works well and I’m happy that overall the room is clean. Even the bathroom is clean. Appreciate a lot that the hotel has prepared the room as requested. I want to thanks everyone there that makes our stay enjoyable. There are many eateries around the area so breakfast at hotel probably is only if you are lazy to go out.

Overall is good. Their breakfast provides a lot of choice. Can walk from hotel to art street.

The pool area was beautifully maintained, with plenty of loungers and a peaceful ambiance that made me feel completely at ease. Staying at Jen Hotel by Shangri-La truly enhanced my visit to Penang. It combined the excitement of city exploration with the comfort of a top-notch hotel experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel that doesn't compromise on amenities. Whether you're there to dive into the local food scene or simply to relax, Jen Hotel is a fantastic choice.

Great location. We arrived a little early but concierge was able to find us a room. Loved the breakfast buffet on offer too! My only concern was someone was smoking in our floor and it was coming by through the AC into our room. Luckily it was only noticeable on our last night but definitely ruined an almost perfect stay. Enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be coming back.

Recently returned to the Jen Penang Hotel for another stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The staff were courteous and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was once again a highlight - spacious, clean, and offering exceptional value for money. Again, thoroughly impressed and felt right at home and wouldn't hesitate to return again and experience the warm hospitality and comfort that Jen Penang Hotel has to offer.

We booked the room with the lounge. Staff accommodated request for room with standing shower and room near the lounge. It was convenient and food choices were good. Recommended!

Good location! Located next to malls and many local food shops. Near Komtar bus station. The room was clean and has all the amenities needed. I requested for high floor and been on 14th floor. The view was nice and can see the sea in further sight. Staff was friendly.

Very conveniently located in Georgetown. Very accessible to almost anywhere.

This is our second time staying in St Giles. We love it as it is connected to the mall and also because the hotel is nice and cosy.

I add another extra day for my stay at this hotel Hen..altogether I have 4days 3 nights to enjoy my stay and go to visit interesting places..not forgetting the food.

Hotel is located in Georgetown and easily accessible. The room was clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable. Check in and out were fast by friendly hotel staff.
