Our stay was truly awesome! The unit is spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we entered. It’s also very baby- and family-friendly, complete with thoughtful touches like a baby cot, high chair, and baby utensils. Having a water dispenser was especially convenient for preparing milk and drinks — a big plus for families traveling with little ones! The unit comes with three indoor parking lots, which made things super convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Everything in the unit was great overall; only minor issues like a slightly leaking shower head and a loose holder, but they didn’t affect our stay at all. The homestay offers excellent value — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool and gym, both well-maintained and pleasant to use. Even when the gym was busy, it remained clean and organized. Wayne and the team were incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this place for families or groups, and we’d definitely love to return in the future.

My stay with OZO Penang was truly awesome! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting around the city. The breakfast spread was a real highlight, a great variety ranging from delicious local dishes to a lovely cheese platter. There was everything from a freshly prepared egg station to a fun ice cream corner, so there was something for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend OZO Penang to anyone visiting Penang.

I booked 2 rooms service apartment which js good for family to travel. It is new building and clean. Location is good in George Town. Take Grab to everywhere.

Location is perfect—just steps from the main attractions and great restaurants, yet the street itself is quiet at night. The check-in was swift and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Our room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. For a short city break where you want to be in the heart of the action and rest well, this hotel is an excellent choice. Great value for the prime location and comfort provided.

We decided to stay at this very unique hotel based on all the great reviews. And we were not disappointed. This hotel is central to so many gorgeous attractions. And even though we had originally wanted to rent one of the many city bicycles available from stations in and around Georgetown, we decided to walk instead, because the heavy traffic and construction worried us. There's just so much to see and do that we became easily overwhelmed. Again, The Loop on Leith is an excellent location that walking around and seeing the sights ends up working out very well, especially when you're avid photographers like we are. I loved the modern decor of our room with its hip and trendy vibes. A rather small room but still very functional. The bathroom is excellent with hot water and very good shower pressure. And our included breakfast buffet was delicious, although I wish there had been a little more variety. And the cooks and staff were very professional and very attentive, always making sure the buffet counter was replenished. Much of the time the breakfast buffet was quite busy. After all, this is a very busy hotel and for good reason. But still, we would easily return here to stay for a few nights. We also enjoyed the Netflix in our room and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent mini fridge and even a little sofa. And we even had a fantastic view of the city. But sometimes it can get noisy, mostly from activity from other guests. Thankfully, I always travel with ear plugs. An incredible little hotel, surrounded by so many top-notch gourmet restaurants too. The hotel has gorgeous decor and awesome personality. This is the place to stay in the heart of Georgetown.
