Swing and Pillows properties in George Town

I had a wonderful stay at the place. It's clean, simple and not busy or noisy. It's so close to the center of Georgetown area and the nightlife without being too centre. The staff, especially Junaid, is very nice and helpful. Thanks. It's worth the money, I'll definitely come here again.

We were asked to send our passport information in advance for check-in, and the room code was supposed to be sent via email or WhatsApp. However, we waited a long time and didn't receive it, leaving us locked out for a while. We eventually had to call, and they resent the code to our email, allowing us to finally get in. The room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Shoes need to be removed before entering the room. The shared bathroom floor was quite worn, and the overall facilities were just average. There's a restaurant directly opposite downstairs, and the music at night was quite loud, continuing until late. Light sleepers might find this disruptive. The overall hygiene was acceptable, but I recommend confirming the room code delivery status in advance and managing your expectations.

For my first time, I chose this place. - The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. - All the essentials were provided: microwave, cold and hot water, tea, coffee, and a shared hairdryer at the front. - The bathroom had soap and shampoo. - The Wi-Fi was good. I was quite impressed! The fact that you use a code to enter the room instead of a keycard or physical key is excellent and very modern. - The location is good, making it easy to walk to food options. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close by and within walking distance.

Room is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities and bedding like in a 5 star hotel. Located next to Penang Plaza easy for shopping. Manager and front desk staff were very hospitable. Should hang some art work on the wall of the room as it's quite bare. Will stay again soon.
