Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite uncomfortable and room felt a little basic. Pleasant enough but wouldn't stay again.

Posto e eccezionale a tutto tondo :dalla posizione incantevole, alla frescura delle stanze spaziose in tufo alla professionalità e disponibilità a 360 gradi di tutto il personale della hall, della cucina e della sala. Un plauso particolare a due giovani professionisti Franco e Isabella che mi hanno accolto con familiarità e professionalità e seguito allo stesso modo per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Sembrava che lavorassero lì 24 ore al giorno per soddisfare og i tua,esigenza o problema da risolvere

Struttura molto grande molto ben tenuta con panorama mozzafiato. Al mio arrivo mi hanno gentilmente offerto un drink sulla terrazza. La camera con terrazzino vista piscina e mare sullo sfondo che vale la spesa. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Ho cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel vicino al resort molto bene. Prezzo molto accattivante. Solamente il bagno avrebbe necessità di una rinfrescata.

Pasquetta 2024 Luogo e pulizia niente da dire, cibo pessimo di scarsa qualità e crudo, per non parlare del primo, l'unica cosa mezza discreta ma salatissima. Come si fa ad oggi non riuscire a misurare il sale o la cottura di una pietanza in un ristorante del genere. Al di là di tutto, la cosa che mi ha sbalordito è che il cassiere a cercato di rifilaci il denaro di un pasto, che con molta ironia cercava di dare a noi la colpa dell errore. E per non parlare della acqua che c'è stata calcola a parte " fuori menù", che pena. Comunque oggi Caposerone ci ha derubato, abbiamo speso circa 800 euro per un pranzo del valore di circa 250 euro. Inimmaginabile accoglienza quasi fossimo in un blasonato resort. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Spa molto charming. Vista mozzafiato. Veramente un luogo da consigliare sia per una fuga dalla routine sia per una vacanza in Costa Viola.

Posto incantevole con vista Mozzafiato, curato nei minimi dettagli personale preparato e gentilissimo abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti e abbiamo cenato al Ristorante Ulisse della struttura pesce fresco tutto eccezionale. La prima sera ci hanno accolto al Ristorante il signor. Nicola e un ragazzo di nome Danny molto gentili tanti consigli ci siamo stupiti come tutto sia perfetto . Le altre due sere siamo stati accolti dal signor. Francesco ci ha consigliato vini da abbinare al cibo ,molto preparato e ci ha dato molti consigli sui posti da visitare. Pulizia eccezionale un ottima struttura. Abbiamo fatto anche il percorso Spa tutto bellissimo. Lo consiglio complimenti per tutto.
