1) The front desk staff (the lady with long hair) is helpful and friendly. 2) Breakfast quality exceeds expectations. 3) Water seeping onto the floor from a shower caused by failed seals. 4) Shower head is loose, and it couldn't be set in the proper position for showering. 5) It would be helpful to add a wall-mounted, possibly corner-specific shelves in shower area to hold shampoo, conditioner, and so on. 6) Due to the tiny size of the room, it would be desirable to offer one or two luggage racks. 7) The foot pedal for the small garbage can in the bathroom is broken, but the hotel has no plans to replace it.

Friendly hotel located in the suburbs, but close to S-Bahn. Room clean but rather small. No chair only stool to sit on.

The double room is about a meter longer than the single room. It's just big enough for two people. The biggest highlight is its affordability. They have dedicated free parking spaces in the underground garage, which I didn't know about before.

Very good and clean hotel with good breakfast, we recommed it to all. There is a bus stop ın front. Only two stops to S Bahn. Bus No 157 / S8

Super clean and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. Large hotel on just two floors. For the room nearest reception, can hear the door in the hallway banging all the time.

The room was a bit small, and it was a little difficult to open and put away two suitcases. There was no water provided, but you can get water directly from the restaurant. The supermarket downstairs was very convenient. I booked this hotel to visit clients; it's only 500 meters from their company, which is extremely convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I chose this hotel because I had business nearby; it would be really inconvenient if I were going to Munich. It's advertised as a deluxe single room, but aside from a large drawing on the wall above the bed, there's nothing particularly impressive. The sink was tiny, making a mess while washing my face; there was no sofa, just a soft stool by the bed; and there was a table by the window, requiring me to squeeze sideways to get there. After washing my face, I realized there was nowhere to hang my towel. What bothered me most wasn't these things, but the attitude of the front desk staff. I specifically requested a quiet room when I booked, and there were indeed rooms not facing the street. However, both the female front desk staff and a thin, older man who came later said the hotel was fully booked for the day. After confirming I was only staying one night, the older man insisted on giving me the room facing the street, and he was clearly hostile. I checked in at 2:25 PM. Until after 5 PM, I saw other people checking in, and they walked right past my door after checking in. This at least indicates that when I checked in, it wasn't the only room left. What I don't understand is why these people at the hotel acted this way? Is it simply because people aren't staying for more than one day?

It's really average, the toilet seat is broken, the room is small, but the hygiene is okay; the breakfast is pretty good, with many kinds. It’s just really, really small =-=
