As we all know, South Africa is a mess, and the probability of being robbed on the road at night is very high! In the end, I paid for a taxi to go to their hotel and found that the door was closed! The location of the hotel is very remote, there are no street lights at night, the lights are dark, and the driver is a black man. Please put yourself in his shoes, do you feel panic? I know the front desk closes at 11 p.m., but I already explained in an email: I didn't land until after 11 o'clock and arrived after 12 o'clock. They knew it clearly, but they still didn't keep anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and then opened the door and went in. At first, the driver refused to give me the room key and asked me to add a late check-in fee of 200 rand. I didn't know this fee and didn't inform it when I placed the order with Ctrip. On the second day, in order to take the shuttle bus to the airport, I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. An unpleasant stay experience!
