Hmm, it's pretty good. Great value for money.

As always japanese service is excellent, they are very polite and friendly. However, even with their exceptional service, it could not compensate for the poor quality of the hotel. I like the size of room, the view, and the service. This is by far the worst of my Ryokan or on-sen hotel experience. First, the hotel is so stringy since they offer very limited services in the service. There is no free water (no free drink at the on-sen that most hotels will provide after finishing bathing), no free skincare products (even in the public bath), no enough activities in the hotel (only cartoon room, table tennis and kid room). Second, the breakfast and dinner is very disappointing. Taste is ok but the quality and the quantity is very questionable why I would spend this much for these meals. Finally, they provides only 1 outdoor and 1 indoor on-sens for each male and female which is very unfortunate. The facilities need Hugh improvement. I would come back to Gero again but not stay in this hotel.

Environment and Service: The hotel is quite large and relatively new, with a big courtyard perfect for a stroll. There's also a shuttle service to and from the station. The only minor drawback is that rooms on one side face the train tracks, which can be a bit noisy, and the soundproofing isn't great.

quite far from jr station but walkable and have bus transfer service dinner and breakfast are unexpectedly great both enjoyed the hida wagyu so much, very tender and juicy hotspring environment is authentic, traditional and family friendly nearby attractions are reachable

The hotel is sited with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The fact it was next to the rail tracks did not make it too noisy. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Service was good and friendly. Rooms were also spacious and comfortable. 

Great value for money. Great Japanese-style room with a great river and mountain view. Stinky smell from bathroom pipes but was acceptable if the bathroom door is shut. Nice food!

The room is bigger than expected🤣 it allows me to relax and enjoyed the quiet ambiance. The onsens are really nice too and overall experience is excellent

Very spacious room with river view. Got mini kids playground at basement floor. Also there is a hot spring foot bath within the hotel. Suitable for families with young kids who can't go to the onsen together.

Good services and we had a good time there. Will re-visit.

First tatami hotel experience for me & kid. She is super excited with first time experience. Hotel is strategically located, great location to view the firework.

Nice view and location a little bit smell in room from tatami delicious food good experience but some dirty on paper wall would be renovate.
