This feels like an older, more established onsen hotel. The customer service communication was pretty clear. You have to go to another building for meals, but it's very close. The food quality was a bit worse than expected, which was a little disappointing. The main public bathhouse is quite old, but the hot spring water itself is good. The room also has a small open-air bathing facility, which can be a bit cold in winter.

Hotel service is good, i had a good experience in 1-night stay. Hotel could arrange pick-up service from JR Gero station to hotel. There is hot spring in my room, but since the weather is cold, i went to the public one. The facilities are very clean and tidy, i enjoyed an indoor and outdoor hotspring bath. There are convenience stores and souvenir shops around the hotel, with 5 mins walking distance. The food is great, my package included a dinner and breakfast, the food looked great and tasty.

Next to the room where I live, a machine starts up every 20 minutes, making a low noise that makes it hard to sleep all night. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I won't recommend it to my friends.

Everything is good food is delicious

The hotel has complete facilities, the air conditioning is very cool and the price/performance ratio is high. Nice environment and good location. I really like the room with its own bathtub.
