This is such a lovely small hotel. The location is perfect—we could easily walk to all the main attractions in town. The room was very clean and cozy. I especially loved the 'puk-pik' (super cute) breakfast they served in the morning; it was clearly made with a lot of heart. Although the price was a bit on the higher side during my stay, the overall experience and convenience were well worth it!

This was my second stay, and the experience was just as great. The room was clean and comfortable. They have staff who speak Chinese, and they were very attentive, recommending nearby hot springs and restaurants. The owner also speaks a little Chinese. The simple breakfast was fantastic, and the hot soup was delicious! You can leave your luggage at the 1F lobby during check-in or check-out, and they can also arrange a taxi for you. Highly recommended!

A newly Ryokan Hotel . Service has limit to their size. The room is quite clean and standard . From JR stayion should call Taxi for big luggage.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel even provided hand warmers, which was a very thoughtful touch.

One of our best stays during my time in Japan! The staff were very friendly. She shared with us where we should go for onsen, dinner and places to visit. Breakfast was simple but very hearty. We are touched that they considered our food restrictions and adjusted accordingly. Very thoughtful! We could also use the yucata and jacket to walk around town. Love this experience very much! The onsen is also lovely. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. P.s they don't have yamato service if you need to deliver your baggage.
